Hail The Sun Seattle reviews
STS9 made me want to leave. 11/2 NYC
I was brought to the show by some buddies who recommended it, although I have never seen Hail The Sun before and haven't listened to them much. I felt like I was being sold something a 12 year old could do if given a macbook pro and ableton. It just didn't seem like much besides the bassist hitting one note followed by massive synth and pictures being flashed in my face.
The opening DJ, who flashed some moments of hot tracks, and Hail The Sun didn't mention the storm. Instead, they just flashed the Mayan calendar in my face and showed me that using thousands of dollars of computers is worth charging people money. Very disappointed and furthermore, I was surprised.
My friends enjoyed the show. I was ready to walk out and spent most of my time hanging out with people by the bar.
